STORAGE SERVICE
How long the parcel is held for?
The parcel storage service is active for 72 hours. During this time period the recipient can pick it up by entering the PIN code received from an SMS message or e-mail. If the recipient of the package does not pick up the package within the specified time, the sender of the package is informed and given the opportunity to pick up the package within 72 hours from receiving the message.
How to order a storage service?
The parcel storage service can be ordered directly at a uDrop parcel locker. Select the storage service on the parcel locker screen, choose the locker size, enter the required recipient details, pay by bank card, and place the parcel inside the locker. After the parcel is placed, the recipient receives a PIN code by SMS or e-mail and can collect the parcel from the same parcel locker.
What happens if I don't pick up the package on time?
If the package delivered for safekeeping is not collected by the recipient and the sender, it is taken out for storage for 2 months. To collect the shipment, the sender must contact customer service by e-mail info@udrop.lt. When contacting customer service, it is useful to provide the parcel tracking number, sender contact details, recipient contact details, and the parcel locker name, address.

COLLECTING
I can't pick up the package because when I enter the PIN, it says it's invalid
Check that you are actually trying to pick up the package from the correct uDrop parcel locker and that the address specified in the message matches. For any issues related to parcel services other than the uDrop storage service, please contact the respective service provider directly.
I have paid for the shipment, but in the received message about the delivered shipment, it is indicated that I have to pay
In such a situation, you must contact the sender from whom you ordered the shipment.
DELIVERY
The package should have been delivered elsewhere (another parcel locker or courier delivery)
Please contact the courier company that delivered the package for re-addressing the package.
According to the package tracking number, I can see that the package has been delivered, but I have not received an SMS message or e-mail with the PIN code
